If you have a complaint with our guild, or a member within Empire Please post knowing that we are a Diplomatic guild and will handle all complaints fairly. After you post a complaint Either Myself, Pollux Troy, or a High Council Member will acknowledge it as soon as possible and work with you to get it taken care of.

Keep in mind that you are a guest on our forums so please keep the language polite, no matter what the situation is.
People who show more respect tend to receive better responses and solutions to the complaint.
